A blend of 68% Sauvignon Blanc and 32% Semillon with 19% of the blend aged in new French oak for 2 months. Brilliant water like colour with a distinctive greenish tinge around the edges. Elevated herbaceous gooseberry scents combine with hints of passionfruit, citrus, grassy asparagus like characters and light pencil shavings. Delivered with good intensity are mouthfilling flavours of herbaceous gooseberries, light passionfruit and citrus which are underpinned by grassy asparagus characters and subtle spicy pencil shavings. Nicely rounded mid palate feel finishing dry and fresh with crisp acidity and a deliciously long aftertaste.
