Fermented in old French oak casks. Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges. Aromas of green apple and lime juice overlay hints of mandarin, fresh herbs and wet stones. Refreshing flavours of lime and green apple infused with fresh herbs race across the palate underscored by subtle stony mineral elements. Dry crisp finish with an invigorating aftertaste.
