Slightly cloudy very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of lemon infused with fresh herbs are trailed by light granny smith apple, mandarin and mineral notes. Vibrant lemon and green apple flavours are underpinned by zesty acidity with infusions of fresh herbs, subtle mandarins and flinty mineral characters also apparent. Slatey texture. Finishes very dry with a racy, saline aftertaste.
