Deep dark red colour with tinges of black around the edges and a bright crimson hue. Fragrant violet and provincial herb scents intermingle with red cherry, red liquorice and spicy earth notes. Light in body flavours of red cherries and red liquorice have a vibrant feel with earth, infusions of herbs and spice sitting underneath. Fresh crunchy like acidity with polished tannins leading into a slightly dryish yet savoury finish.
