Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of ripe pears, light honeycomb and red apples show good elevation with underlying notions of quince and spice. Luscious pear and red apple fruits fill the mouth over subtlety honeyed quince elements. Finishes fresh and minerally with tangy acidity on the medium length aftertaste.
