Bright straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of lime, pear and lemon butter mix with quince and spice notes. The palate is quite rich and round with mouth filling flavours of pear and lime overlaying oily toast like characters and slate. Finishes dry with brisk acidity and a textured yet stony mid length aftertaste.
