Deep dark red colour with black tinged edges and a bright dark red hue. Intense ripe plum and dark cherry aromas mix with strawberry, anise, subtle dried herb notes and spice. Delicious dark cherry and strawberry fruits overlaid with dried herbs are followed by forest floor and spice nuances. Slightly dryish finish with juicy acidity and fine grained tannins leading into a savoury aftertaste.
