2018 Two Cells Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with a distinctive greenish tinge to the edges and a watery hue. Elevated aromas of white peaches, ripe nectarine and honeycomb meld together followed by citrusy nougat and subtle flinty match stick notes. Rich, fleshy white peach, nectarine and light honeycomb flavours decorate the mouth with an undercard of citrusy nougat characters and subtle infusions of match stick. There’s a slight creaminess to the otherwise fresh feel with an aftertaste of white peaches, honeycomb, biscuity oak, light nougat and spice.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
