2018 Turkey Flat Butcher's Block Shiraz

Made with 15% whole bunch fruit and no new oak. Impenetrable inky black core with a deep dark purple black hue. Fragrant plum, freshly crushed blackberry, blueberry and liquorice aromas ascend through the olfactory senses with fennel, vanillin oak and spicy dried herb notes in tow. Bright juicy dark fruits of plum, blueberry and liquorice decorate the mouth backed by fine chalky tannins and fresh acidity. Lightly toasted vanillin oak, fennel and peppered herbs sit beneath. Dry finish with a tightly knit medium length aftertaste.
