Totally opaque midnight black colour with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Aromas of black cherries, black plum and liquorice mix with dried herbs, scorched earth and spicy vanilla. Medium to full bodied the palate is awash with rich black cherry, black plum and liquorice fruits which overlay a scorched earth, vanilla and spicy dried herb back drop. Fleshy textural feel with slightly chewy tannins and a rich, succulent aftertaste.
