2018 Torbreck The Steading Blanc

A blend of 50% Roussanne, 30% Marsanne and 20% Viognier. Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Ripe apricot, peach and honeysuckle aromas show excellent intensity with some citrusy bees wax, nougat and spice notes also present. The palate is richly fruited with luscious peach, apricot and honeysuckle flavours that are silken in their feel. Sitting in the background are elements of nougat and spice. Finishes with plenty of freshness and a long balanced aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
