Matured for 12 months in French & American oak. Dense black dark purple colour with a dark purple hue. Spicy dark plum and ripe blueberry scents mix with liquorice all sorts and vanillin oak. Fleshy and juicy the palate is filled with exuberant dark plum and ripe blueberry flavours which meld into liquorice, light earth and spicy vanillin cedar elements. Bright youthful finish with supple tannins and a delicious medium to long aftertaste.
