2018 Tokar Estate Shiraz

Deep dark purple black colour with a purple red hue. Fragrant aromas of red plum and red liquorice infused with dried clove are trailed by a light meatiness, vanillin cedar and subtle white pepper notes. Medium bodied with a supple feel, the palate has a savoury profile of plum and red liquorice fruit over infusions of dried clove, some meaty characters, spicy cedar and pepper. Fine grained well integrated tannins with an elegant aftertaste.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
