Now this is something. I sometimes describe cabernet (and its tannins) as autocratic. This is the chardonnay counterpart, with its mouthwatering charge of grapefruit, white peach and white nectarine putting maturation in 30% new French oak into observer status. For the number nerds, its pH of 3.18 and titratable acidity of 8.2g/l is the measure. Drink by 2033. Alcohol 13.3%
