Deep dark red colour with black tinged edges and a dark red hue. Escaping from the glass are violet, dark cherry and anise scents followed by dried clove and spice notes. Light to mid weighted palate with flavours of dark cherries, anise, scorched earth and spicy dried herbs. Dryish finish with slightly gravely tannins and a medium length aftertaste.
