2018 The Sum Cabernet Sauvignon

Superb pitch black colour with a very deep bright dark red black hue. Pronounced ripe blackcurrant and liquorice scents intermix with spicy vanillin cedar, black olive, earthy tobacco and bay leaf notes. Rich blackcurrant fruits decorate the palate showing both elegance and structure. Sitting underneath is subtle liquorice, black olive, vanillin cedar, earthy graphite characters and spice. Slightly dryish finish with firm chewy tannins. Concludes with a tightly knit medium length aftertaste.
