Brilliant very pale straw colour with a watery hue. Grassy lemon scents mix with dried herb, asparagus and mineral notes. Zippy unripe passionfruit and lime flavours are intermeshed with some herbaceous grassy characters. Finishes dry and crisp with a light minerality to the aftertaste.
