2018 Tertini Pinot Gris

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a faint glimmer of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Ripe pear and red apple aromas have a honeysuckle overlay with hints of musk and spice also evident. Spicy pear and ripe apple flavours are layered across the palate underscored by citrusy honeysuckle like characters. Nicely rounded finishing dry and fresh with a spicy pear, red apple and light honeysuckle aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.

Bright, pale straw. In the heady, floral and musk zone, with plenty of lime leaf and spice. The palate is powerful, rich and textural, treading the line with sweetness and ethanol but with some al dente phenolics adding structure. Classic gris really. Drink by 2023.
