Made from a field blend of Carricante (65%), Catarratto, Inzolia, Grecanico and Minnella grapes. Brilliant water like colour at its core with a distinctive greenish tinge to the outskirts. Aromas of limes laced with fresh herbs are trailed by some green apple and subtle wet stone notes. Well rounded with a zippy freshness the palate serves up light pear, lime and green apple flavours over subtle infusions of fresh herbs and a stony mineral base. Finishes dry with crisp refreshing acidity and an elegant medium length aftertaste.
