Aged in a mixture of new and old French oak barrels for 11 months. Bright pale straw colour with a subtle tinge of green to the edges and a watery hue. Elevated nectarine and grapefruit aromas are married to lemon butter, oily toast and gun flint notes. Medium bodied ripe nectarine fruits infused with gun flint characters are intermeshed with lemon butter, oily toast and spice. Nicely rounded it finishes dry with plenty of freshness and a medium length aftertaste.
