Made from an interesting blend of Shiraz, Grenache, Nero d’Avola and Mourvedre grapes. Translucent salmon pink colour with a watery hue. Delicately perfumed scents of lightly spiced peach, raspberry and citrus evolve from the glass followed by some wet stone notes. Light and vibrant in its feel yet texturally polished the palate has flavours of peach, raspberries and tangy citrus over subtle spicy musk and wet stone elements. Finishes very dry with brisk acidity and an elegant yet savoury aftertaste.
