Matured and fermented in small seasoned French oak barrels whilst on yeast lees.
Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges. Lifted fresh pear aromas intermix with peach, light honeydew, citrus and spice. Nicely textured yet possessing a youthful freshness the palate has flavours of spicy pears, subtle fresh apricot, honeysuckle, citrus and spice. Clean dry finish with vibrant acidity and a medium to long spicy aftertaste. Give it some time to fill out and build in texture.
