Matured in 25% new oak for 10 months. Brilliant very pale straw colour with distinct highlights of green running around the outskirts and a watery hue. Aromas of white peach and nectarine mesh with subtle biscuity oak, light citrusy nougat notes and gun flint. Mid weighted the palate has a round fleshy feel with nectarine and pear fruits overlaying a back drop of citrus, subtle biscuity nougat like nuances and infusions of gun flint. Finishes with good freshness and a nicely textured medium length aftertaste.
