Matured for 8 months in oak. Brilliant very pale straw colour, almost water like, with a faint greenish tinge to the edges. Lifted aromas of ripe nectarines, melon and white peaches mix with subtle nougat and citrus. Fresh and bright with an elegant feel, the palate is subtlety flavoured with citrus, nectarines, melons and light spicy nougat elements. Finishes dry with vibrant acidity and a medium length aftertaste.
