Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges. Spicy green apple and lime aromas infused with fresh herbs are trailed by some flinty mineral notes. Racy lime and green apple flavours have a zippy feel with subtle infusions of fresh herbs also apparent. Dry crunchy finish with flinty mineral aspects on the medium length aftertaste.
