Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Intense lime and lemon aromas intermix with notions of green apple, subtle wet steel and a chalky minerality. Mouth watering lime, citrus and crunchy green apple flavours show excellent concentration underpinned by more subtle orange rind and chalky mineral characters. Finishes dry with snappy acidity and a long lime and lemon driven aftertaste.
