2018 Sokol Blosser Evolution Pinot Noir

Deep dark red colour with black tinged edges and a dark red hue. Blossoming out of the glass are perfumed scents of violets, ripe dark cherries, strawberries and anise trailed by smoky cedar, earth and spicy dried herb notes. Delicious dark cherry and strawberry fruits are ripe and generous in their feel with anise, toasty cedar, scorched earth, dried herbs and spice the back drop. Supple well integrated tannin structure. Excellent power wave with a long polished aftertaste.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
