2018 Skillogalee Basket Pressed Shiraz

Matured in French and American oak. Dense inky black heart with a deep dark red black shaded hue. Pronounced blackberry, liquorice and choc mint aromas flow out of the glass with good intensity followed by vanillin oak, earthy mocha and spice notes. Rich and plush in texture the full bodied palate is awash with opulent blackberry, choc mint and liquorice flavours which overlay a vanillin oak, earthy mocha and spice back drop. Excellent concentration, depth and power concluding long, bold and lush.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
