2018 Singlefile Riesling

Brilliant water like core with pale green edgings. Lemon and lime juice aromas intermingle with orange rind, green apple and steely talc like notes. Tight with a steely focus the palate has expressive lime and lemon flavours over subtle green apple, wet steel and a mineral element. Finishes dry with snappy acidity and a medium to long aftertaste.
Cellar 5-6 years.

From selected vineyards in the Great Southern, parcels of free-run juice cold-fermented in stainless steel with some gentle lees stirring. The fragrant blossom-filled bouquet leads into an immediately balanced palate of exemplary length. A lovely riesling from a great vintage. Drink by 2033.
