Bright pale straw colour with a slight tinge of green to the outskirts and a watery hue. Pronounced ripe peach, honeycomb and apricot aromas meld into subtle butterscotch, bacon fat and spice notes. Rich fleshy peach, apricot and honeycomb flavours have a full luscious like mouthfeel with underlying toasty oak and spice. Finishes with good freshness and a round creamy aftertaste.
