2018 Seville Estate Chardonnay

Brilliant water like colour with a distinctive greenish tinge to the outskirts. Elevated white peach aromas intermix with nectarine, hints of dried honey, gun flint and biscuity oak followed by some subtle citrusy nougat end notes. Medium bodied with a light creamy feel counterpointed by good freshness on the finish, the palate serves up an elegant flavour profile of fleshy nectarines, citrus and pear over infusions of gun flint and mineral. Finishes dry with lively acidity and a medium length aftertaste.
Cellar 5-6 years.
