Brilliant very pale straw almost water like core with greenish tinged edges. Lime and citrus aromas prevail over granny smith apple, light talc and steely mineral notes. Intense lime, citrus and green apple flavours are tightly wound with infusions of wet steel and slatey mineral present on the crisp dry finish. Fresh, crunchy acidity with a long linear aftertaste.
