2018 Seppelt Drumborg Vineyard Riesling

Seppelt’s Drumborg vineyard was planted in 1964 by Karl Seppelt and today is revered as one of Australia’s most prized Rieslings, possessing remarkable cellaring potential.

Brilliant water like colour with a distinctive greenish tinge to the edges. Elevated aromas of lemon, lime and green apple shine through followed by hints of orange rind, talc and mineral. The palate shows great drive with intense lemon and lime flavours dominate over green apple with a steely mineral back drop. Dry finish with racy acidity coursing through its veins. Long mouth watering aftertaste of lemon, lime, green apple, wet steel and flinty mineral.
