2018 Schieferkopf Riesling Trocken-Sec

Brilliant pale straw colour with a distinct glimmer of green around the edges and a watery hue. Elevated lemon and lime scents are married to notions of oily toast, lemon butter and subtle kerosene notes. Concentrated lemon and lime fruits are underscored by racy acidity with some wet steel, light oily kerosene like characters and flinty minerals also present. Finishes dry with crisp acidity and a textured yet mouth watering aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
