2018 Save our Souls Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with highlights of green to the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of nectarine and grapefruit have a citrus and toasty honey like overlay followed by some spice. Rich nectarine, peach and dried honey flavours have a creamy like texture with some subtle oily toast and spice characters in the background. Finishes with a burst of fresh acidity and a generous, nicely rounded aftertaste.
