Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Sailing out of the glass are refined aromatics of white peach, nectarine and citrus gently laced with a combination of light honeycomb, cashew and lemon butter. Rich and creamy on entry the palate is flooded with mouthfilling white peach and ripe nectarine fruits which have a fleshy feel. Light honeycomb, cashew, citrusy nougat and subtle gun flint characters then move in. Fresh finish with excellent depth and a long persistent aftertaste.
