Matured in French oak, 30% new for 10 months. Semi translucent dark red colour with a light brick red hue. Elevated spicy red to dark cherry, strawberry and dried herb notes mingle with smoky cedar and forest floor. Light and supple, red cherry and winter strawberry fruits infused with a mix of clove and dried herbs overlay forest floor and spicy cedar characters. Slightly dryish finish with bright acidity, polished tannins and a medium length herbal like aftertaste.
