A blend of 50% Pinot Noir from the Adelaide Hills and 50% Syrah from Clare Valley. Deep dark red core with black tinged edges and a purple hue. Fragrant violet top notes overlay ripe cherry, plum and incense scents followed by aromatic fresh herbs. Light in body the palate dishes up a savoury flavour profile of cherries and plum laced with fresh herbs over subtle spicy earth nuances. Finishes fresh with bright acidity, finely grained tannins and a medium length aftertaste.
