2018 Robert Oatley G-18 Grenache

Bright dark red colour with black tinged edges and a light purple red hue. Alluring and very fragrant the nose offers up raspberry, ripe cherry and plum scents with a hint of liquorice, confectionary and light spice also evident. Light to medium weight, juicy raspberry jube, ripe cherry and plum fruits show terrific concentration and depth across the palate. Elements of confectionary, subtle liquorice and a dash of spice lurk beneath. Opulent in texture with vivid acidity backing the succulent fruit. Faintly grainy tannins finishing super delicious and long.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
