2018 Red Claw Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges. Zesty passionfruit scents mix with herbaceous gooseberry, light grassy asparagus notes and citrus. Light yet texturally rounded the palate serves up grassy gooseberry flavours over citrus, asparagus and some spicy herbaceous characters. Finishes dry with vibrant acidity and a medium length aftertaste.
