Certified organic. This is made from a blend of Chardonnay and Vermintino. A white creamy mousse sits atop a pale straw coloured base which has a very fine bead that shows good persistence. Lifted pear and ripe red apple aromas overlay light baked characters and sherbet. Light refreshing palate with flavours of pear and apple to the fore over subtle baked characters and a crisp citrusy finish. Aftertaste of pear, baked apple and citrusy fresh herbs.
