Deep dark red black tinged colour with a dark red hue. Aromas of spicy red currants and red cherries meet up with earthy leather like notes and dried herbs. Medium bodied with a fine, elegant mouthfeel, bright red currant and red cherry fruits are underpinned by lively acidity with earth, dried herbs and spicy cedar taking form on the back half. Brisk, slightly dryish finish with chalky tannins and a savoury conclusion.
