2018 Quartz Reef Bendigo Estate Single Vineyard Pinot Noir

Certified organic. Deep red to dark red core with black tinged edges and a light red hue. Perfumed like scents of violets, wild strawberries and ripe cherries are trailed by some anise, garden herbs and spicy cedar. Delicious cherry and strawberry fruits are both expansive and supple in their feel with notions of anise, infusions of fresh herbs, light forest floor and spicy cedar flowing into the back half. Excellent power wave with silky smooth tannins and a long fleshy finish.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.

Always intense and ripe, this has a mix of red-cherry, dark-cherry, currant and black-tea aromas with a dusting of spice and earthy, sappy aromas, as well as violets. The palate has a super fresh, layered and succulent feel with such juicy, soft and supple tannins, wrapped into a smooth framework. Vibrant finish. From organically grown grapes. Drink or hold.
