2018 Principia Kindred Hill Pinot Noir

Matured in French oak for approximately 18 months. Deep bright dark red colour with black tinged edges and a transparent dark red hue. Complex aromatics of violets, dark cherries, red strawberries and anise are featured over meaty characters, forest floor, infusions of fresh herbs and spicy cedar. Bright cherry and winter strawberry fruits are scattered across the palate with elements of forest floor, stalky herb like nuances, game and spicy cedar all chiming in. Beautiful underlying freshness with refined tannins showing polish and a long aftertaste that’s both elegant and savoury.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
