2018 Principia Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw to straw colour with a tinge of green to the outskirts and a watery hue. Intense ripe peach and honeycomb scents intermix with lemon butter and bees wax followed by citrusy nougat, hints of cashew and spice. Medium bodied, rich peach, apricot and honeycomb flavours have a creamy feel over lemon butter, light cashew and nougat with a burst of citrus freshness on the finish. Vibrant acidity underpinning the elegant yet lengthy aftertaste.
