Semi translucent dark red in colour with black shaded edges and a light red hue. Aromas of violets, dark cherries and ripe strawberries intermingle with earthy forest floor like notes, dried herbs and spicy cedar. Very silky and polished in its feel the palate features an expansive flavour profile of rich dark cherry, wild strawberry and rhubarb. Forest floor, dried herbs and spicy cedar elements emerge on the back half. Velvet smooth, seamlessly integrated tannins. Ample power concluding long and moreish.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
