2018 Pontifex Grenache Shiraz Mourvedre

Deep black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Aromas of dark raspberry, plum and liquorice meld into vanillin cedar, scorched earth and pepper notes. Rich and juicy the full bodied palate is awash with concentrated black raspberry, liquorice and spicy dark plum fruits. Vanillin oak, scorched earth and pepper elements lying underneath. Fleshy textured with velvet smooth tannins and a long opulent conclusion.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
