Brilliant water like colour with a slight tinge of green around the outskirts. Aromas of pear and red apple have a light musk overlay followed by some spicy quince notes. Fresh pear and ripe apple flavours dominate the palate with notions of quince and spice also evident. Dry finish with crisp acidity and a medium length aftertaste.
