Made from Cortese grapes sourced from vineyards up to 80 years old. Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of lightly spiced pear, apricot and green apple are followed by subtle fresh herb and wet stone notes. Refreshing pear, spicy green apple and lime flavours meld into fresh herbs and stony characters. Finishes dry with crunchy mineral infused acidity and a vibrant medium length aftertaste.
