100% whole bunch fermented and seasoned in French oak for 6 months. Totally opaque black dark purple colour with a dark purple hue. Lifted plum, liquorice and blueberry aromas meld into smoky vanillin cedar, dried herbs and spice. Light to medium weight and very fresh the palate is elegantly flavoured with dark cherries, plum juice, subtle liquorice, spicy vanillin cedar and herbs. Bright acid finish with dryish fine grained tannins and a moderate aftertaste.
